City Manager

The City Manager is responsible for the administrative functions of the City under the provisions of the Municipal Code. With the exception of the City Clerk and City Treasurer, both of whom are elected, each of the City Department Heads reports to the City Manager who, in turn, reports to the City Council. The Secretary to the City Manager assists the City Manager and the five Councilmembers.

2012 Citizen Survey

The City of Laguna Beach received the results of a citizen survey of resident opinions about the community and services provided by local government. A report summarizing the survey results will be presented to the City Council at its annual Budget Workshop scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in the Council Chambers located at 505 Forest Avenue in Laguna Beach.
